Shipping Locations
Currently, AQUA.SHOP ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays).
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for most orders is 5–10 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
From time to time, AQUA.SHOP may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable promotions will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available through the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
AQUA.SHOP is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in reaching a resolution whenever possible.
Order Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, AQUA.SHOP is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
